1. Service Description

LocalPages.au provides single-page website creation and hosting services for small businesses in the Northern Beaches area of Sydney, Australia. Our service includes:

• Design and creation of a single-page website
• Website hosting on our servers
• SSL security certificate
• A subdomain (yourname.localpages.au) or custom domain (Pro plan)
• Up to 3 content updates per year

2. Pricing & Payment

• Standard Plan: $49/month or $490/year
• Pro Plan: $59/month or $590/year (includes custom domain setup and Google Analytics)
• Payment is due at the start of each billing period
• For Pro plan, domain registration costs are additional and depend on the domain name chosen
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
• Annual subscriptions: Refunds provided on a pro-rata basis for unused months
• Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline within 7 days

4. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, logos, images)
• You grant us permission to display this content on your website
• Website design and code remain the property of LocalPages.au
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to use any content provided

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for:

• Illegal activities or promoting illegal services
• Content that is defamatory, offensive, or discriminatory
• Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
• Infringing on intellectual property rights

6. Service Availability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible
• We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control

7. Limitation of Liability

LocalPages.au is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
